contribution # 1 Nov. 22 - EVENT TO VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN - Contribution # 2

my vision will be a part of the event on Saturday 22 at the time of the day to combat violence against women . in part because of a party, because as polite as "boy" I feel part of the question, why do not you think I have to deploy ideological truth but a voice that expresses feelings and experiences.
I went to the event together with friends with whom I shared a very profound way I think of reflection on gender discrimination and violence and thus struggle with these. I volouto be present because the male is a party and must take their responsibilities, must have self-consciousness. and so I tried to bring my experience in the square, next to that of many other people, with attitude to dialogue, discussion, listening and proposal.
what I saw was unfortunately a lack of participation while in number, despite power grossly misogynist and homophobic respondent hours on our lives and our bodies.
and then the participation of two types was markedly different: the head of the procession, especially where groups of feminists and lesbians paraded almost always separately, the main topic of the whole event was rape and physical violence more generally. male violence, yes. but not to feel their (almost congenital, when invoking the scissors) of all men. generalizations are always risky.
at the end of the parade, however, the young and young people (including myself) in the student movement of the Wave, in fact, have rallied more girls, claiming more attention to certain themes: personal freedom, the freedom to run their own bodies, the reappropriation of the night, the dignity of a secure job, the need for a fair salary. all very large claims, all objectives, projects to build and to think in new ways. entries very proactive, instead of blame, letting go of the anger, outraged and decided to raise, by showing their presence and their activities, down to the streets to reaffirm and act of being there every day. this was the part of the parade where they danced, where he screamed and ran, where when the eyes crossed, without having ever seen, take a smile unexpectedly. this was the part where the parade was nice to be there, where they could talk and not just to reaffirm their beliefs.
are out of this day with the idea that there really is so much to build, especially to try to create a climate of confrontation. one of the most positive was that even during the bus trip, during the event, we felt the need to exchange ideas and talk about projects, ideas, many ideas. but sometimes one gets the impression that the generations who have lived and have fought in the feminist movement of recent years can not always open to listening and sharing ideas with the new realities of movement without thinking that they are sweetened. simply the context has changed and we must compete with other situations, from which come also new needs and new desires.
